State Council investigating massive Tianjin blasts

BEIJING - China's State Council has established an investigation team to probe the cause of last week's deadly explosions in Tianjin.
A statement issued by the State Council on Tuesday said the team has already started its "comprehensive investigation."
The team, headed by Executive Vice Minister of Public Security Yang Huanning, will carry out a thorough investigation into the cause of the explosions, the statement said.
