BEIJING - Chinese mainland negotiator Chen Deming on Thursday met with a pro-reunification group led by Taiwan New Alliance Association chairman Hsu Li-nung and New Party Chairman Yok Mu-ming.
Before meeting with Chen, president of the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits, the delegation had a discussion with members of the China Council for the Promotion of Peaceful National Reunification.
They also visited Beijing's Museum of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and Lugou Bridge, the site of the skirmish that marked the start of Japan's full-scale invasion of China.
