Downgrading typhoon Fung-Wong lands in Shanghai

SHANGHAI - Typhoon Fung-Wong made a landfall again in East China's Shanghai on Tuesday morning, after attacking neighboring Zhejiang province Monday evening.
The typhoon has reduced its power to tropical storm when it hit Fengxian District of Shanghai at 10:45 am Tuesday, packing up winds up to 75 km per hour.
It has been 25 years since the last typhoon made a landfall in Shanghai.
