Grassland Marathon to kick off in N China

SHIJIAZHUANG - The 2014 Kangbao Grassland Marathon will kick off in Kangbao town of Zhangjiakou city, north China's Hebei province on July 19, local official sources said on Thursday.
The race attracts over 10,000 participants, including 1,700 marathon athletes from Kenya, Ethiopia, the United States, South Korea and some other countries and regions.
The race also features half marathon and 4.5km run.
