Mainland, Taiwan negotiators hold 10th round talks

TAIPEI - Chief negotiators from the Chinese mainland and Taiwan on Thursday morning began the 10th round of cross-Straits talks, centering on two agreements regarding cooperation on meteorological and seismic monitoring.
