KUNMING - Southwest China's Kunming airport has resumed service after heavy fog shut down the major air hub on Saturday morning, the airport's administration said.
Visibility has improved and the airport's two runways are suitable for taking off and landing, according to the administration.
Poor visibility had led to the cancellation of 13 flights and delays of 144 flights. More than 9,000 passengers were stranded.
