C China senior official under investigation

BEIJING - A senior official of Central China's Hubei province is being investigated by China's anti-corruption authority, it was announced on Wednesday.
Guo Youming, vice governor of Hubei, is suspected of "serious violation of discipline and law," according to a statement from the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China.
No more details about Guo's case were given.
