Chongqing is going to offer 72-hour visa-free stays to visitors from 45 countries in November, the fifth mainland city to adopt the policy.

Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu have already adopted the policy.
Travelers should have third country visas and continuing air tickets with confirmed dates and seats for the third country or region within 72 hours.

The city's airport services 21 international airlines.
