Power restored in Fujian after typhoon

Power lines damaged by Typhoon Usagi in East China's Fujian province were repaired on Wednesday, chinanews.com reported.
The typhoon triggered strong winds and torrential rain after it made landfall in Guangdong province on Sunday.
By Tuesday afternoon, 27 fatalities had been confirmed and one person was missing.
More than 9 million people in Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Hunan, and Jiangxi provinces and regions were affected, according to the State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters.
