A truck diver surnamed Su was beat up by local traffic police in Haiyuan county in Ningxia on August 18 when he questioned a fine. He called the 110 police hotline where officers responded and allegedly beat him up again. The local traffic police at first denied their behavior but then admitted it after a piece of video of them hitting the truck diver was posted on Weibo, YNET.com reported.
