Yan'an downpour claims 13 lives

A five-day downpour killed 13 people and injured 15 in Yan'an, Shaanxi province, city government officials said.
Four others are missing. The heaviest rainfall the city had seen in more than a decade struck on Sunday, causing floods and collapsing buildings. Relief and rescue work is underway.
