Official probed for disciplinary violations

BEIJING - The chairman of Sichuan's provincial federation of literary and art circles, Guo Yongxiang, is being investigated for suspected disciplinary violations, the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s anti-graft authority announced on Sunday.
Guo was formerly a member of the standing committee of the CPC Sichuan provincial committee and a vice governor of Sichuan Province, according to the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI).
