Chinese VP, US treasury secretary discuss bilateral ties

BEIJING - Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy and Vice-Premier Wang Yang discussed bilateral relations with US President Barack Obama's pecial envoy and Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew by phone on Wednesday.
The two sides exchanged views on a range of issues, such as China-US economic ties and the preparatory work for the fifth China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue.
