The temperature during China's college entrance examinations, which will last from June 7-9, is comfortable with mild to heavy rains expected, Chen Zhenlin, spokesman of China Meteorological Administration, said on Friday.
Chen suggested that parents of students attending the exam should check the weather report, and advise their children to take an umbrella and wear long-sleeve shirts to prepare for expected rain and a drop in temperature in the morning and evening.
According to the CMA ten-day weather report released on Friday, mild to heavy rains with precipitation volume from 50 to 240 ml are likely in most parts of the country.
Chen also warned the local authorities to be aware of the potential geological disasters as the country enters flood season.
In Hushan, Sichuan province, medium to heavy rains are expected after Saturday, which may bring trouble in the after-quake reconstruction.
