Famous for its annual migration of animals such as zebras and wildebeests, Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya attracts numerous tourists in July and August, including many Chinese.
According to tuniu.com, a Chinese tourism website, travelers are expressing an interest in traveling to Kenya earlier than last year. In March and April, the number of those who booked the tour increased by 60 percent compared with the same period of 2012. However, they are paying 5,000 yuan ($814) more on average due to the improvement of the accommodations.
Kenya can boast picturesque landscapes, including desert, mountains, plains and lakes. According to the website, most customers are keen photographers. The peak time of booking is May.
