Former railway minister prosecuted for bribery

After being removed from his post and investigated for two years, the former railway minister Liu Zhijun is prosecuted on Wednesday, according to Xinhua News Agency.
Liu, who stepped down in early 2011, has been charged for bribery and abuse of power, authorities said Wednesday.
Beijing No 2 People's Procuratorate filed the charges against Liu with the Beijing No 2 Intermediate People's Court.
