Xi delivers speech in Tanzania

DAR ES SALAAM - Visiting Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered an important speech here on Monday, expounding on China-Africa relations and China's Africa policy.
Xi arrived here on Sunday for a state visit to Tanzania, the second leg of his first foreign trip after he assumed presidency earlier this month.
