4 dead after tricycle plunges into river

GUILIN, GUANGXI - Four people died after a motorized tricycle fell into a river in South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region on Tuesday, local authorities said.
The vehicle, which was carrying 13 passengers, overturned and plunged into a river Tuesday morning in the village of Leijia in Quanzhou county.
The county fire department was informed of the accident at 10:18 am and sent firefighters to the scene to rescue the passengers.
Four were confirmed dead, while the other nine were pulled out of the river.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
