People who hold annual passes for Beijing scenic spots will be able to get free tree planting kits as part of the efforts to help green the capital starting from March 12, national tree planting day in China, Beijing Youth Daily reported on Monday.
The annual pass, which costs 80 yuan ($12.87), is available to both residents and tourists, and consists of around 100 tickets to more than 80 ecology parks, museums and scenic spots in Beijing.
