Sun Wei, a deputy to the upcoming 12th National People's Congress, solicits ideas on health care reform from doctors at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine in Jinan, capital city of East China’s Shandong province on Feb 25, 2013.
