12 dead in SW China road accident

KUNMING - Twelve people were killed and three others injured after a vehicle fell off a mountain cliff in Yunnan province on Wednesday afternoon, local government said.
The accident happened at about 1:30 pm in Wumeng Township under an industrial and tourist development zone near Kunming, capital of Yunnan, an official with the municipal government of Kunming told Xinhua.
The vehicle was described as small-sized. Detailed information about the accident is not yet available.
