5.4-magnitude quake jolts Sichuan, SW China

BEIJING - A 5.4-magnitude earthquake jolted the Baiyu county in Ganzi Tibetan autonomous prefecture of Southwest China's Sichuan province 8:42 pm Friday Beijing Time, the China Earthquake Networks Center said.
The epicenter was monitored at 31.0 degrees north latitude and 99.4 degrees east longitude with a depth of 15 km, according to the center.
