7 killed in Central China road accident

ZHENGZHOU - At least seven people were killed and another 20 injured in a vehicle collision in Central China's Henan province on Thursday morning, local police have confirmed.
The accident happened at 8:22 am when two passenger buses collided with each other in Zhengdong New District in Zhengzhou, capital of Henan, according to sources with the Zhengzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau.
The injured have been sent to local hospitals.
An investigation into the cause of the accident is under way.
