Toll stations on the Nanjing No 4 Yangtze River Bridge was trial operations on Dec 19. The suspension bridge is 33 meters wide, with twin towers and three bridge spans, and has the standard two-way, six-lane super highway. It looks similar to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, but this bridge has a longer main span - 1,418 meters, third longest in the world. [Zhou Haijun/Asianewsphoto] |
