More than 200 pieces of art works that were stored in a chip and blasted into space on board the Shenzhou IX spacecraft in June were revealed to the public on Wednesday.
The art works include music, drawings and calligraphy related to China's space programs. This was the first time that art works were sent into space in digital format in China.
The spacecraft carrying three astronauts, including China's first female astronaut, also took plant seeds and the digital version of two China Daily front pages into space.
