A paifang arch collapses on the Hefang Street, a commercial street in Hangzhou, the capital of East China's Zhejiang province, on August 12, 2012. Two people were killed and another was injured in the accident. The arch was about five meters high and made from bricks and wood. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
