BEIJING - China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) called an end to an anti-dumping investigation over a certain kind of animal fodder imported from the United States on Thursday.

The MOC canceled the investigation over US-produced distiller's dried grains with or without solubles at the request of the Chinese domestic industry, which originally filed for the investigation but now considers it unnecessary.

The Ministry began the antidumping probe on December 28, 2010, and decided to extend the probe for another six months one year later because the case was "special and complicated."
