China's military officers ranked above secondary regiment grade will be required to report their incomes, real estate assets as well as investment information, the PLA Daily reported on Thursday.

The new amendment to the regulation on military officers' personal information report addresses President Hu Jintao's order to fight corruption and build a clean government. It will help discipline the Chinese army, the report said.
