China reports 900,000 cases of active TB

BEIJING - About 900,000 cases of active tuberculosis (TB) were discovered and treated in 2011, and 423,000 of these cases were infectious, China's Ministry of Health (MOH) announced Monday.
Also according to the MOH, the cure ratio for TB was maintained above 90 percent last year.
