Two suspects were arrested in the death of Li Xiang, a TV reporter in Luoyang, after a 46-hour investigation by the local police, chinanews.com reported on Wednesday.
Local police said they will hold a press conference on the case in the next few days, the report said.
Li Xiang, 30, was stabbed 10 times on Sunday night outside the gate of his community as he returned home from a night out with friends at a karaoke bar. His Weibo suggests that he was investigating illegal "gutter oil" at the time.
