China investigates EU steel dumping

The Ministry of Commerce says it has begun an inquiry into the alleged dumping of some steel tubes from Europe and Japan.
The ministry will look into the matter of “certain high-performance stainless steel seamless tubes” and calculate the loss suffered by domestic companies, Xinhua news agency reported.
