A woman in East China’s Shandong province has decided to sell her hair, which is more than 1.6 meters long, for 10,000 yuan ($1,560), Qilu Evening News reported on Monday.

Ji Shuangshuang has not had her hair cut for 8 years, and it is so long she can step on it. Because he thought it was beautiful, her husband fell for her during a blind date last year.

But Ji has to spend about half an hour combing it and almost an afternoon washing and drying it. While driving her motorbike, she has to hold it so it will not get caught in the wheels.

Ji decided to cut and sell the hair so that she can have more time for her new baby.

However, the owner of a wig store said a more reasonable price is 2,000 yuan.
