Japanese PM Noda vows to deepen ties with China

TOKYO - Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda on Friday vowed to deepen ties with China.

"With China, my basic position is to develop the mutually beneficial and strategic relationship," Noda said at his inaugural press conference after naming his cabinet in the morning.
