 A migrant worker, a prospect of Peking University's "Realizing Dreams: 100" scheme, speaks during a ceremony to launch Peking University's migrant-workers distance-learning programme in Guangdong Zhuhai Hotel on May 22,2011. The programme was jointly set up by Peking University and Guangdong authorities in an attempt to enhance migrant workers' quality and education levels. One hundred migrant workers, who underwent tests and training to be chosen from among 2,500 candidates, are to commence a free e-learning course run by the university, for which they will receive a diploma upon graduation.
