Chinese tourist drowns in N. Philippines

MANILA - A Chinese tourist drowned at a popular island in Northern Philippines.
PNP spokesman Chief Supt. Agrimero Cruz identified the fatality as Zhang Wei, 28, who was on vacation when he drowned in Boracay island in Aklan province Friday afternoon.
Zhang Wei was rushed to the Don Mariano Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
