US envoy to visit China,India, and Singapore

WASHINGTON - US Assistant Secretary of State for East Asia and Pacific Affairs Kurt M. Campbell will travel to India, Singapore and China next week for a four-day visit, the State Department said on Friday.
While in Singapore on Wednesday, he will meet with senior officials to discuss bilateral and regional issues.
The department said that the envoy will arrive in Beijing on Thursday, and will meet with senior government officials to prepare for the upcoming Strategic and Economic Dialogue and discuss "a broad range of bilateral, regional and global issues of mutual interest."
