128-year-old church to be moved

St. Jakob's Church is being prepared for a move in Wuhu city, East China’s Anhui province, on March 24, 2011. The 128-year-old church will be moved 10 meters east for urban construction projects. The gothic church, 25 meters tall, was built under the supervision of American missionaries and covers 374 square meters. With a budget of 1.8 million yuan ($274,307), the move is expected to be finished by June. [Photo/Xinhua]
