The delegation is comprised of representatives from 100 private enterprises. Representatives of some key State-owned enterprises, universities, research institutes, development zones and overseas students' business incubators will also be involved.

Zhejiang province has managed to bring over 213 talented professionals from abroad via its "1,000-talents" program.

People with high-level talent can enjoy "national treatment" according to the specifically issued policy aimed at solving problems faced by overseas talents when setting up businesses, said Yao Zhiwen, the Zhejiang Organization Department spokesman.
