"Renascence", a new clothing brand full of personality, was created by three post-90s young people in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province: Qian Yaqi, Xie Feiqiao and Zheng Xiao.
Qian Yaqi, born to a family of tailors, expressed a great interest in clothing design in high school.
In early 2014, Qian, with his friends Xie Feiqiao and Zheng Xiao, quit their jobs and decided to create their own brand. They raised 150,000 yuan ($23,475), rented a 200 square meter idle workshop, bought raw materials and equipment and started to pursue their dream.
"If you have a dream, you should try to make it come true", said Qian, and hopes that this motto could become their design philosophy.
Currently, "Renascence" has designed more than 30 types of clothes, with online orders of 7,000 pieces every month. Their brick and mortar store is being refurbished, and will open early next year.
