No 4 JianGuang Asset Management Co Ltd agreed to acquire the RF Power Busines of NXP Semiconductors NV
JianGuang Asset Management Co Ltd of China, a unit of China Investment Corp, agreed to acquire the RF Power Business of NXP Semiconductors NV located in the Netherlands, from NXP Semiconductors NV, a San Jose- based manufacturer of semiconductors, for $1.8 billion.
Transaction value: $1.8 billion
