His proposals include strengthening regulation of taxi-booking app operators and tax administration of e-commerce platform operators. He said chauffeur-driven car-on-demand services benefited from tax evasion, although it also provided quality service to customers. Taxing taxi-booking operators would keep fair order of competition in the taxi market, he said.
