Greenland to invest $4b in Nanchang

Greenland Group, one of the country's largest property developers, on Saturday kicked off its airport industrial town project in Nanchang, Jiangxi province.
The investment is part of the Shanghai-based property developer's efforts to take advantage of the urbanization opportunities. With a floor area of 5.65 million square meters, the overall investment of the airport industrial town will reach 26 billion yuan ($4.1 billion).
Besides the project in Nanchang, Greenland is also working on similar airport industrial projects in Inner Mongolia and Hainan and will start new projects in Yunan, Shandong and Heilongjiang provinces.
