Han River turns green with plants

With plenty of aquatic plants dotting the Han River in Wuhan section, the water has turned completely green, posing a huge threat to the environment. These plants flush down from the upper stream and pile up here when the floodgates of the dam are opened, making the effort to clean the river an impossible task.
