Top 10 most competitive cities for mobile Internet

iiMedia Research, a mobile Internet consulting firm, released its latest study of Chinese cities' competitiveness in mobile Internet on Friday.
Cities were assessed on favorable policies offered by local government, economic strength, talents, industry vigor, innovation, quality of Internet users and living environment.
