China shares close higher Friday

BEIJING - Chinese shares closed higher on Friday as the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index gained 0.05 percent, or 1.20 points, to end at 2,007.30.
The Shenzhen Component Index was up 0.67 percent, or 52.48 points, to 7,856.59.
