6th round of Sino-ROK FTA talks held in Busan

A new move to boost China and South Korea's economy corporation, the 6th round of negotiations for a free trade agreement between China and South Korea is being held in South Korea's port city of Busan.
A Free trade agreement means lower tariffs and less obstacles to enter each other's market, and will benefit the two countries' economy and trade. This latest round of talks aims to come up with a draft of the targets and measures to accomplish objectives in trade negotiations.
The draft is expected to help further agreement in other areas of cooperation between the two countries. Seoul and Beijing are also seeking to establish a three-way free trade deal with Japan. The next round of China-South Korea talks is expected to be held in China later this year.
