Exchange services in four new currencies -- South Africa Nantes, Egyptian Pound, Turkish Lira and Qatar Rial -- will be available at Beijing Capital International Airport starting Wednesday.
Travelex Currency Exchange Co received approval from the State Administration of Foreign Exchange Beijing Branch to offer the new exchange services at all of its outlets inside the airport.
So far, the airport has provided exchange services for 29 foreign currencies, the most in China.
There are 27 exchange outlets at the airport’s three terminals, run by Travelex, ICE, Central Kyushu, Hang Seng Joint Currency Exchange and major banks. They are located throughout the three terminals.
