China's 2012 fiscal revenues rise 12.8%

BEIJING - China's fiscal revenues grew 12.8 percent year-on-year to 11.7 trillion yuan ($1.9 trillion) in 2012, with the growth rate slowing from the 24.8-percent level in 2011, figures from the Ministry of Finance showed Tuesday.
