China issues regulation on repairing, replacing and returning cars

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine has issued the Regulation on the Responsibility Involving Repairing, Replacing and Returning of Household-use Vehicles (NO 150 order of the administration) on Jan 15, 2013. The regulation will come into effect on Oct 1, according to Aqsiq.gov.cn.
