The prices of Beijing's luxury apartments and villas will see limited growth in the next 12 months, Colliers International said in a report on Friday.
In relation to future supply, Beijing's luxury apartment and villa segment is expected to receive about 26 new residential projects next year.
In the serviced-apartment segment, two projects, including the Somerset in the Wangjing area, are scheduled to enter the market, adding approximately 246 dwellings to the total stock by the end of 2013, Colliers said.
Due to seasonal factors, the performance of the leasing market in the luxury residential sector was lackluster in the fourth quarter, the report said.
